Refund policy

VR ZONE AUSTRALIA CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

CANCELLATION
We welcome order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped.

RETURNS
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving a product.

To be eligible for a free return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@vr-zone.com.au or 0413 978 104. If your return is accepted, we may ask you to pay for the return if you are returning an item for change of mind. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RESTOCKING FEE
If returning an item that is not damaged, a restocking fee of $20 will be charged. 

RETURN FEE
After your return has been accepted, please return your item within 24 hours. If you fail to initiate your return within 24 hours, we reserve the right to retain a 2.5% fee on your refund due to of Shopify fees.

REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain time frame.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, first, check your bank account. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is reflected. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@vr-zone.com.au.
