ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are swiftly processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of receiving your order confirmation email. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified once your order is shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATE
Shipping charges for your order will be dynamically calculated and transparently displayed during the checkout process.
IN-STORE PICKUP

Upon selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be meticulously prepared and made available for pickup within 1 to 5 business days. We'll notify you via email when your order is ready, accompanied by detailed pickup instructions.
In-store pickup hours: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Ensure you have your order confirmation email with you when picking up.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping services.
ORDER STATUS CHECKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a comprehensive email notification from us, inclusive of a tracking number for real-time status updates. Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.
If your order has not reached you within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please promptly contact us at sales@vr-zone.com.au with your name and order number, and we will diligently investigate the matter for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, excluding the return shipping costs.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at sales@vr-zone.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and are committed to finding a satisfactory solution.
